Constructability input begins at the early design stage in order to drive the project program, cost, and schedule. Baker is responsible for understanding the requirements of the electrical project program, and ultimately reconciling the factors of meeting the project program, cost, and schedule Our approach to pre-construction services typically mirrors that of the general contractor. We have the greatest impact on a project at the earliest stages of design, where we can provide input on the electrical systems, materials selection, and costing. At each of the remaining design phases, we will develop estimates, conduct constructability, and look at value engineering opportunities.

Everything leaving our shop goes through a two stage quality control process ensuring a complete and quality product is arriving on site for installation.
