Internship Growth
Since its inception in 2022, Baker Electric's internship program has seen remarkable growth, both in the number of interns we welcome each year and the impact they have on our projects. What began as a small initiative has rapidly expanded into a cornerstone of our talent development strategy. We've grown from hosting a handful of interns in the first year to a thriving program that attracts top talent from across the country.
Our interns have contributed to significant projects, bringing fresh ideas and energy that have enriched our teams and strengthened our company. This growth is a testament to the value we place on early career talent and our commitment to fostering the next generation of leaders in the electrical industry.
