Support the demolition of the former SDCCU Stadium and buildout of horizontal infrastructure for the SDSU Mission Valley site, which will ultimately include 1.6 Million sq ft of innovation and research space, approximately 4,600 residences, a hotel, 95,000 sq ft of retail space and approximately 80 acres of parks, recreation, and open space. Estimated Completion 2023.

The Saddleback @ ATEP Project is a new construction Education Park development, consisting of the College's Automotive Technology department (to include instructional classrooms, teching labs, and a car service area), and the Culinary Arts department (to include multiple kitchens, restaurant space, and admin offices). Estimated completion 2024.

The 85,000-square-foot 2-story Student Union building will replace the existing Student Union and Cafeteria buildings, with a new food hall, multipurpose rooms, and ball room, to bring together support services for activities, student government, a bookstore, cafeteria, and dining experience in a central facility. Estimated completion 2024.

New 35,000-capacity outdoor stadium opened in 2022 supports collegiate football, professional and collegiate soccer, concerts, and other entertainment events.

Baker Electric installed a new 12kV power supply to the active Grossmont Community College campus. This installation also included a new infrastructure loop providing power conduits and cabling to multiple buildings on campus, as well as 13 manholes with a conduit system. The scope also required regrade and replacement of 1,500 feet of campus roadways.
