Project Description
Huntington Memorial Hospital is a General Acute Care Hospital that has 625 beds and was open while Baker Electric worked on the OSHPD Seismic Reconfiguration. This project consisted of SPC-2 related structural seismic retrofits and ADA upgrades to the Wingate and Hahn buildings.

The project was an OSHPD-1, 71,000 SF build-out of levels 2, 3, 4, and 5 of the East Tower building of Sharp Grossmont Hospital. Installation of conduit, wire, and termination for HVAC control system. TI including new lighting and control, devices, and gear. Conduit and box only for all LV systems.

Project Description
This hospital and vascular infill project consisted of renovation work on level 1 of the east wing, west wing and south wing of the existing hospital. The OSHPD-1 project contained a high degree of technical, aesthetic complexity and logistical challenges that required detailed coordination with trade partners and medical vendor consultants.
