This $25,000,000 project includes a whole site modernization and renovation of an existing high school.
The first phase of the project was a 38,680 SF., 390-seat Performing and Visual Arts Center, which included one of the largest stages in the county, an orchestra pit, and a balcony for the theater, dance, and music programs at the college. The center also included new dressing rooms, a green room, a costume area and a makeup classroom as well as housing the college’s Hyde Art Gallery.
This hospital and vascular infill project consisted of renovation work on level 1 of the east wing, west wing and south wing of the existing hospital. The OSHPD-1 project contained a high degree of technical, aesthetic complexity and logistical challenges that required detailed coordination with trade partners and medical vendor consultants.
This project was a 105,000 SF casino expansion that added new casino space including a fully enclosed 7,500 SF non-smoking casino and nonsmoking bar, additional slot machines and table games, a new Players Club, a new steakhouse and lounge, a 24-hour cafe, a new buffet, and an ice cream shop.
