INTERVIEWS
Phone Interviews
During phone interviews, you’ll speak with a member of our recruiting team or a potential manager, usually 20-30 minutes.
- Speak clearly and with a smile – Remember it can be more difficult to present yourself via the phone
- Ensure you are in a quiet area with strong reception
- If you have not already done so, familiarize yourself with the job description and our company
- Be prepared for behavioral, hypothetical, or case-based questions that cover your role-related knowledge
Onsite Interviews
You’ll usually meet with two to four people for about an hour.
- Familiarize yourself with the job description and our company once again, as well as, know who you’ll be interviewing with
- Be prepared for behavioral, hypothetical, or case-based questions that cover your role-related knowledge
- We’ll give you the chance to highlight your strengths and interview us, too. We foster a family spirit and want you to know all about the culture
- When answering questions, it’s best to show how you arrived at a solution and what the result was
What to wear: Professional attire is recommended, but be yourself and wear what makes you comfortable in this setting.
Where to go: You’ll be provided the address of one of our four office buildings and will park in the visitor spots upfront (we have an open lot if spots are full).
