Phone Interviews

During phone interviews, you’ll speak with a member of our recruiting team or a potential manager, usually 20-30 minutes.

  • Speak clearly and with a smile – Remember it can be more difficult to present yourself via the phone
  • Ensure you are in a quiet area with strong reception
  • If you have not already done so, familiarize yourself with the job description and our company
  • Be prepared for behavioral, hypothetical, or case-based questions that cover your role-related knowledge

Onsite Interviews

You’ll usually meet with two to four people for about an hour.

  • Familiarize yourself with the job description and our company once again, as well as, know who you’ll be interviewing with
  • Be prepared for behavioral, hypothetical, or case-based questions that cover your role-related knowledge
  • We’ll give you the chance to highlight your strengths and interview us, too. We foster a family spirit and want you to know all about the culture
  • When answering questions, it’s best to show how you arrived at a solution and what the result was
